Here’s a way to unlock the One Man Army Achievement(lasting for 5 minutes on a 6 star rating) on GTAIV. Find a hospital, get some guns and body armor, and hold out inside. It helps to mix in some abilities from friends like Dwayne’s backup if you have them.

dont do it this guys way, screw the hospital. Go to your base that roman gets you after the firsto ne burns down. Get a wanted level and then take cover in the doorway, let the cops walk in a blind fire at them until you get the acheivment
